BILL BAKER,
PRESIDENT

Bill Baker is the President and majority shareholder of Benjamin Securities, Inc. which he acquired from our founder, Leo Benjamin. Bill began his career on Wall Street in 1987, and has since worked as a Head Trader for a $600m+ hedge fund and Institutional Sales Trader. Aside from running Benjamin, Bill manages an equity-focused portfolio for his clients. Bill is also a Marine Corps veteran.

MIKE COYNE,
CAPITAL MARKETS

Mike Coyne runs our Capital Markets business, where he is responsible for sourcing public and private new issue investments, M&A advisory, and business development. Mike has worked on domestic, international, and cross-border public listings. Prior to this, Mike started the Capital Markets Division at Ingalls & Snyder, and managed the Equity Syndicate desk at Capital Integration Systems. Mike is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Northeastern University. Mike sits on the boards of AlphaTime Acquisition Corp. and Inception Growth Acquisition Ltd.

TIM O'CONNOR,
SYNDICATE AND TRADING

Tim O’Connor heads our Syndicate and Trading operations. He has over 25 years of experience in roles that include Wealth Management, Institutional Sales, Trading, and Syndicate. Prior to Benjamin, Tim worked at International Assets Advisors, CK Cooper and Company, East Shore Partners among other firms.
